Jennings Consulting

Jennings Consulting’s rebranding was created by me while working at Kay Media, and I was the Head Graphic Designer in charge of executing all the collateral depicted in this showcase. Jennings Consulting is a recruitment agency. Not just any recruitment agency, but one with a difference! At Jennings, they express this by their fresh approach used throughout the recruitment process. Their motto is ‘we work with you, for you’ and they are 100% committed to your success.

Problem Statement: Jennings Consulting has over 50 years of experience in the industry, and their branding was still in the 19th Century. The problem here was that they needed a fresh, sophisticated look, but still expressing a friendly attitude towards their trusted customers.

Solution: Both the colour palette and logo was enhanced and updated, clean fresh typography was selectively introduced as well as all the print and digital collateral completely transformed into a fresh new feel.

Lessons Learnt

Something as simple as a colour change can give a brand an entirely new look. Simplicity is always better than clutter. Great things take time, but the skill is learning to find the quickest and most effective way by keeping up with new tools on the Adobe programs and never stop learning. Quality is always better over quantity.
